eTravely ("we", "us", "our") is an online advertising and discovery platform that connects travelers with verified travel agencies and tour operators worldwide. By accessing or using eTravely, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

eTravely operates exclusively as an advertising and listing platform. We do not sell, operate, or deliver travel services, tours, or experiences directly. All tours, packages, and travel services displayed on eTravely are offered by independent third-party travel agencies and tour operators ("Agencies"). eTravely's role is limited to: • Providing a platform for Agencies to advertise their services • Verifying the registration and legitimacy of listed Agencies • Facilitating initial contact and booking inquiries between travelers and Agencies

eTravely only lists Agencies that have successfully completed our verification process. Verification includes review of business registration documents, licensing credentials, and operational history. The "Verified" badge indicates that an Agency has passed our initial vetting process at the time of registration. However, verification does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any Agency's ongoing conduct, service quality, financial stability, or compliance with local laws and regulations. Verification status may be revoked at any time if an Agency is found to be in violation of our policies.

All Agencies listed on eTravely are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of eTravely. eTravely exercises no control over, and expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability for: • The conduct, actions, omissions, or behavior of any Agency or its staff • The quality, safety, accuracy, or legality of any tour, package, or service advertised • Any disputes, losses, injuries, damages, or claims arising from your interactions with an Agency • Cancellations, refusals, or changes made by an Agency to a confirmed booking • Any misrepresentation made by an Agency in their listings or communications • The financial practices, pricing, or refund policies of any Agency Your contract for travel services is solely between you and the Agency. eTravely is not a party to that contract.

When you submit a booking request through eTravely, you are entering into a direct agreement with the relevant Agency. eTravely may facilitate the transmission of booking details and payment processing as a technical intermediary, but assumes no liability for the fulfillment of any booking. You are responsible for reviewing all booking details, cancellation policies, and terms provided by the Agency before confirming a booking. All payment disputes must be resolved directly with the Agency.

By using eTravely, you agree not to: • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Impersonate any person or entity • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to circumvent our verification or security systems • Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or defamatory content in reviews or communications eTravely reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Reviews and ratings submitted by users reflect personal opinions and experiences with Agencies. eTravely does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted reviews and is not responsible for their content. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines, including those that are fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

All content on eTravely — including logos, design, text, and software — is the property of eTravely Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Agency listings and images remain the property of the respective Agencies. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any eTravely content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eTravely, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: • Your use of or inability to use the platform • Any transaction or interaction with an Agency • Inaccuracies in Agency listings or content • Unauthorized access to your account or data eTravely's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the service fees paid by you to eTravely in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

eTravely reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Continued use of eTravely after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where eTravely Inc. is incorporated.
